Alex Conine Memorial Scholarship
The Alex Conine Memorial Scholarship is to honor the life and creativity of Alex Conine, the son of Suzanne and Dave Conine. Alex died unexpectedly at age 20 in 2012. The Conine family wants to have the creative spirit of their son shared through scholarships for young people pursuing careers in the arts. This year's $1000. award, selected by the scholarship committee, will be for direct payment toward tuition. Suzanne Conine is a clay arts educator at the Waterford School in Utah.
