Description: This tea set is constructed using both handbuilt and wheel thrown techniques. The teapot itself is constructed with slabs to accentuate the geometric form. The cups are wheel thrown with geometric handles that connect back to the style of the teapot. The set is glazed with highfire glazes but the handles and lower exterior are left as the raw clay body for a natural feel. Gold luster is used to accentuate the carved lines.
