Award Title: Jack Troy Merit Award
Description: 5 Cash awards at $100 each.
The criteria I use for selecting five $100 awards is the result of being exposed to many thousands of clay pieces over 60+ years. Sincere originality can never hide; it tweaks my appetite for the blessed unexpected. Grade school work delights me irrationally. Artists who attempt to portray any aspect of their emotional life in a few handfuls of clay have my deepest respect.
